Guys get those creative juices flowing over the weekend and recite.... that poem you've been tinkering on, that speech you wrote to your old boss telling him to shove it, that old Christmas jingle your Aunt Bertha used to sing... Whatever it may be give it a go!!
Welcome to Down The Lane, not your average open mic night!! Musicians, comedians, poets, mime artists, jugglers, whatever you are come on down and share! Anything goes, if you want to practice that catwalk in heels and a feather boa, we’d love to see it! If you’ve got a new song, old song we’d love to listen! Or, you can always just come and enjoy the beautiful community vibe we’ve got going on here :) The space is intimate, you can actually hear yourself play and it doesn’t get drowned out or ignored. This is the perfect place to work on material and get feedback or just use it as an outlet to express yourself. We are a very welcoming and positive crowd that loves all different people and talents, the more the merrier! This will be happening every other Monday at SpaceBar starting this upcoming Monday the 5th
